Advising Minnesota Corporations and Other Business Organizations, 2nd Ed.

In late 2011 Juris Publishing, one of the largest legal publishers in the nation, published Advising Minnesota Corporations and Other Business Organizations, 2nd Ed. Richard Saliterman and Roger Magnuson, Head of National Strategic Litigation for Dorsey & Whitney, are the main authors of the 109 chapter comprehensive business law treatise. Brett Larson, of the firm, was a contributing author and also served as Production Editor. The three volume treatise is the main practice treatise used by lawyers, judges and academicians. The treatise provides general and very specific legal analysis of a wide range of matters, reflecting the broad range of practice areas covered by Saliterman & Siefferman attorneys including business and estate planning, employment law, immigration, banking, and real estate law.
