In late 2011 Juris Publishing, one of the largest legal publishers in the nation, published Advising Minnesota Corporations and Other Business Organizations, 2nd Ed. Richard Saliterman and Roger Magnuson, Head of National Strategic Litigation for Dorsey & Whitney, are the main authors of the 109 chapter comprehensive business law treatise. Brett Larson, of the firm, was a contributing author and also served as Production Editor. The three volume treatise is the main practice treatise used by lawyers, judges and academicians.
