Our attorneys have represented defendants and, later, plaintiffs in cases involving large 4-engine jet aircraft, large 2-engine jet aircraft and single and multiengine reciprocating engined aircraft. The cases tend to be long and very complex and our knowledge of the technical aspects of aircraft has proven to be of great benefit to our clients. We have served as counsel in multi-district mass disaster litigation in which one of our attorneys was appointed as one of four to six lawyers to represent the 100+ plaintiffs in all discovery and then representing individual clients at the trial of the matters.
